Two things that I was starting to think would never happen finally happened tonight; I finally saw Kurt Schilling pitch a game at Fenway Park, and we had seats on the The Green Monster!

Kimberly and I are enjoying a Baltimore Orioles / Boston Red Sox game in Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Lucky for me, the Red Sox are winning. Lucky for Kimberly, she’s at Camden Yards and doesn’t really care that her Orioles are losing.

Well, I’m at Fenway Park tonight for my first Red Sox game of the 2006 season (with many more to come hopefully!). The Sox, who are up 5 - 0 in the bottom of the first (Woo Hoo!!), are hosting the Toronto Blue Jays. Clement is pitching tonight, but I’m more interested in seeing Paplebon when he’s sent in to close out the 9th.

It’s not that often that I can get to a game. With the Red Sox selling out every game for the last several seasons, ticket prices have soared. Most of the time, the tickets I get are from people selling their season tickets on eBay, and usually at a premium! I was able to go to this game because Jeff had an extra ticket.
